The Operational Managers and Team Leaders are from diverse fields of Research, Operations, Finance , IT, Marketing etc. with an average experience of 5 - 6 years in their fields. Their average tenure in eCybergurus is over 3 years which ensures that they have an in-depth knowledge of the recruitment research service industry.

Our researchers are graduates and are computer and internet savvy. They are trained extensively for 2 months on research and database management techniques before being assigned to a client. Their creativity and dedication, supported by inputs from their team leaders ensures high level of quality and productivity. Our regular training programmes keep them abreast of latest trends in research techniques.
 
Business model
 
Our business model consists of assigning a dedicated researcher to a client who then becomes a virtual employee. He is trained exclusively on managing your account, your industry domains and your specific database management and coding requirements.
 
Since the researcher is already pre-trained, he is quickly able to ramp up and generate optimum output, usually within a week of being assigned to your account.
